Tracy Barrett

Tracy Barrett, M.S., has more than 20 years of experience working in the energy industry. With specialized experience in the areas of state and federal fuel compliance and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), Tracy brings compliance planning, training, and implementation knowledge to each of her clients to assist with tracking, recordkeeping, and reporting processes to meet these regulatory requirements. She has experience and knowledge of fuel blending, fuel distribution processes, finished fuel additives, product storage and movement, and asset management as well. Tracy earned a Master of Science in organizational development and leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas State University.
