Curtis R. Natham, CPA, has been providing audit and accounting services to his clients for more than 25 years. Before joining Weaver, Curtis was HKG, LLP’s (HKG’s) Managing Partner for a three-year term. He was also previously the Partner-in-Charge of HKG’s Accounting and Audit practices, where he performed contract audit work and focused on internal audit services. Before his time with HKG, Curtis was a Co-Managing Partner/Partner-in-Charge of the Accounting and Audit Practice Unit with Lucas, Horsfall, Murphy and Pindroh, LLP (LHMP). He began his career with a Big Four international accounting and consulting firm, where he spent more than six years
Curtis has a great deal of experience in building, leading and advising corporations through complex restructurings, international expansions and capital market transactions. He is well-versed in taking companies through the IPO process and is familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and UK GAAP. Curtis has led many companies through the capital-raising process and has a strong base of SEC knowledge and vast experience in mergers and acquisitions. He is a highly qualified leader with a track record of documented contributions directly linked to improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls. Curtis leverages a hands-on approach and can balance technical finance issues with wide strategic and operational objectives, and is highly skilled at developing and leading teams to deliver results.
Curtis serves as a peer reviewer for CPA firms in California, Nevada and Hawaii. He holds CPA licenses in California and Hawaii and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Curtis earned a Bachelor of Science in psychobiology from the University of Southern California.
