Zach Anderson

Zach Anderson, CPA, has 10 years of experience in public accounting, including eight years with a Big Four firm. Zach’s career has been dedicated to the alternative investment fund industry. He provides federal and state tax consulting and compliance services to both domestic and international investment fund managers, including private equity, credit, venture capital, fund of funds, infrastructure, and oil and gas-focused funds. Zach also assists clients in fund formations, deal structuring and M&A tax due diligence. He has led tax compliance for clients ranging from emerging managers to clients with over $30B of AUM.

Zach is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in accounting from University of the Incarnate Word.
