Joe Spano

Joe Spano is a senior manager in Weaver’s valuation practice. With more than seven years of experience in health care valuation and M&A advisory services, Joe provides transaction advisory services to various health care sectors, including business valuation, financial due diligence and other transaction related services across a broad range of industries. His experience also includes providing consulting engagements for clients ranging from independent physician groups to large national health systems and private equity-backed groups.

Joe is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), earned a Master of Accountancy in financial accounting from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
