Erv Pickell, JD, has more than 30 years of experience with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and is nationally recognized as a leading expert concerning the federal fuels regulations. With a practice emphasis in EPA compliance and fuels consulting for the petroleum and renewable fuels industries, Erv brings specialized industry and technical knowledge to the firm and to each of his clients. In addition, he has specialized experience in enforcement investigations, litigation and regulations.

Erv graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Colorado State University
