Andy Freundlich

Andy Freundlich, CPA, has more than 30 years of experience in audit, accounting and consulting. Andy’s practice emphasis has been focused on serving the needs of clients in the real estate, hospitality, insurance, wholesale/distribution, services and not-for-profit industries. He has significant experience in working with real estate clients involved in master-planned communities, development and operations of commercial, multifamily, mixed-use and other property types, as well real estate investment funds.  Andy has also worked with many clients in improving business processes, management and financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, business plans and business strategy. With significant and varied experience, Andy brings diverse knowledge and technical skills to each of his clients.

Andy is a member of the Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with a master’s degree in managerial finance from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University.
