Adam’s recent work has included comprehensive reviews and revisions to the systems and processes used to recruit, manage and remunerate physicians. His innovative concepts have led to more effective risk management, process efficiencies, greater stakeholder satisfaction and improved performance, both operationally and financially.
Adam is a frequent writer and speaker on a broad range of topics affecting the industry.
