Adam Klein is a nationally recognized leader in the health care industry with more than 20 years of experience working with executives, boards, investors and attorneys. His work entails mergers and acquisitions, valuation, regulatory compliance, strategy and performance improvement. He has worked on complex challenges involving transactions or arrangements between physicians and hospitals. Adam’s recent work has included comprehensive reviews and revisions to the systems and processes used to recruit, manage and remunerate physicians. His innovative concepts have led to more effective risk management, process efficiencies, greater stakeholder satisfaction and improved performance, both operationally and financially.

Adam is a frequent writer and speaker on a broad range of topics affecting the industry. He is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, American Health Lawyers Association, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and Alder Generational Leadership. Adam received a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in econometrics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
