Blake Danielak, MBA, MAFF, has over five years of experience assisting clients with damage assessments and evaluations for disputes and litigation. He has acted as a consultant, primarily in a litigation setting, with various publicly and privately held companies across a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, telecommunications, electronics, medical devices, software, and real estate, among others. He has considerable experience in developing and analyzing damages claims for litigation matters involving patent infringement, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, fraud, antitrust, defamation, personal injury, and wrongful death. Much of his experience involves quantifying and rebutting lost profits and reasonable royalty damage claims for intellectual property cases in federal court. Blake has managed and prepared expert reports and provided litigation consulting on large complex engagements.
Before joining Weaver, Blake was a Senior Project Manager at Nouvelle Analytics. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. Blake is recognized as a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is currently a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and NACVA.
