Cindy Tu

Cindy Tu, CPA, has 13 years of experience in public accounting, including seven years in a Big Four firm. She has focused her career on ASC 740 provision for a wide array of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction and many more. Cindy is experienced in managing mid to large public and private equity client provision and compliance, where the clients are multinational corporations with revenue ranging from $100M to $10B. She has also had two years of experience in the provision department of a $25B revenue multinational corporation. Cindy also manages and reviews federal, state and international tax compliance functions including income tax filings, estimates and extensions for companies with global operation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and earned her Master of Accounting in taxation from Florida State University.
