David R. Vasquez, CPA, has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, including 11 years at a Big Four firm as a senior manager. He has industry experience in real estate, energy and construction, as well as, serving private equity-backed and publicly traded companies, including assisting clients with ASC 740 compliance issues, tax structuring and due diligence services. David has helped companies with a wide range of business issues, including tax compliance and tax consulting on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.
He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). David earned both his master of science in taxation and bachelor of business administration in accounting from Texas A&M University.
