Elena Mavliev

Elena Mavliev, Ph. D., CFA, has more than 20 years of valuation experience, including five years as a manager/senior executive on the transaction advisory services valuation and business modeling team at a Big Four firm. At Weaver, she serves clients in a variety of industries through financial and tax reporting valuation engagements. Elena has deep knowledge of venture funds and the private equity sector, early-stage technology and life science companies and has directed several cross-functional departments in Eastern Europe, Russia and Asia. Elena is experienced in delivering valuation reports and customized financial models for minority buy-outs, fundraising, strategic planning, corporate restructuring, management performance/compensation, financial reporting compliance and other transactions. Elena has worked directly with C-Suite executives, private equity firms and venture capitalists on complex capital structures in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Elena is a Chartered Financial Analyst with both a masters and Ph. D. in economics from the Volgograd State Technical University in Volgograd, Russia.
