Greg Staiti

Greg Staiti, JD, has more than 15 years of experience working with petroleum and renewable fuel companies. Greg’s focus is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliance, with specialization in registration, reporting and recordkeeping required under the federal Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and other federal and state greenhouse gas (GHG) programs. In addition, he has experience in assessing liability risks associated with regulatory non-compliance, advising clients on elective disclosure, and the negotiation of contracts for physical oil and renewable fuel commodities and associated renewable and alternative fuels compliance instruments. Greg’s specialized and technical industry knowledge allows him to provide exceptional consulting services to his clients.

Greg is a frequent, sought-after speaker at industry conferences concerning compliance with EPA and CARB regulations. He earned a Juris Doctor from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
