James Fitts

James Fitts, CPA, has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in providing assurance services for a wide array of privately-held, public, not-for-profit and government entities, with an emphasis in the manufacturing, distribution & retail and employee benefit plan industries. In addition to his primary focus of financial statement audits, James also has extensive experience in financial statement review, compilation and agreed-upon procedures engagements. His broad base of experience has enabled him to assist clients with a vast range of technical issues, including business combinations, stock-based compensation, inventory valuation and complex revenue recognition issues.

James is an active local member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has served in multiple roles in the Fort Worth chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). He earned a bachelor’s of business administration degree in accounting from Abilene Christian University.
