Jeffery R. Chase

Jeffery R. Chase, CPA, has more than 40 years of accounting and finance experience and has held leadership roles with public accounting firms and publicly traded companies. As a director, he is responsible for a variety of audit services (including reviews and compilations), with experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring and cash optimization. He has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of a publicly traded financial institution with more than $1.7 billion in assets, with responsibility for all financial reporting to the Board of Directors and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.

Jeffrey is well versed in both the financial reporting and operational aspects of financial institutions, including SEC filings and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) implementation and monitoring, distribution companies, early-stage and emerging-growth companies, investment banking, insurance, litigation support, public companies, professional services, and manufacturing. Jeffrey is a strategic planner and effective analyzer of complex business transactions and tax issues, cash flow analysis, budget development and implementation and regulatory compliance filings.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, Jeffrey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Abilene Christian University.
