Jillian Blanchard

As part of Weaver’s Energy Compliance Services team, Jill uses her knowledge of production process technology and environmental regulations to support petroleum and renewable fuel clients in achieving their process and emissions goals. She has more than seven years of experience preparing engineering reviews under 40 CFR 80, Subpart M, the Renewable Fuel Standard. She also performs lifecycle analysis and carbon intensity modeling for transportation fuel production under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard and Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (Oregon DEQ) Clean Fuels Program. She goes on-site to help facilities implement necessary quality assurance and quality controls.

Jill is a Certified Lead Verifier under both California ARB and Oregon DEP programs governing renewable fuels. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of New Brunswick in Canada.
