Jon Pezzi

Jon Pezzi, CPA, has more than 11 years of public accounting experience. His practice is mainly focused around federal and state taxation of partnerships, as well as corporations and S corporations. He provides tax consulting for mergers and acquisitions, including tax structuring and tax due diligence. He has significant experience handling multi-state taxation issues and public company taxation issues, including ASC 740 issues. With experience serving a variety of industries including private equity, oil and gas midstream, real estate, and manufacturing, Jon brings a diverse background to his clients.

Jon is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Houston CPA Society. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in tax consulting from the University of Virginia.
