Ma Su Myat, CPA, has more than 14 years of experience in public accounting. She provides tax and financial accounting services to a variety of clients across industries in numerous states. She is particularly knowledgeable of the real estate industry, private equity funds, and partnerships and corporations that invest in multi-state companies. She serves private equity and middle market clients of various sizes, from small entities to those valued over $2 billion.

Ma Su’s background gives her significant understanding of her clients’ major business transactions and their resulting tax implications. She offers tax compliance, hands-on tax planning and consulting services, and has extensive experience with multi-state corporation and partnership taxation. She reviews and supervises complex tax returns; works closely with seniors and staff to offer guidance on transactions related to special allocations; analyzes tax returns and addresses potential issues with project management; provides proactive and timely advice to minimize taxes and reduce risk; and much more.

Ma Su is a Certified Public Accountant in California, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from California State University, Northridge.
