Mark Watson

Mark Watson, CPA, CFP, joined Weaver in 2013 and has more than 25 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to businesses, individuals, estates and trusts. Watson leads Weaver’s Tax Quality Control and Risk Management department and is responsible for ensuring that Weaver’s tax services satisfy the standards established by the Internal Revenue Service, the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Watson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and its Houston chapter.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master of Science degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.
