Meredith McKeehan

For more than nine years, Meredith McKeehan, CPA, has performed and led audit, review, and compilation engagements for a wide variety of clients, particularly energy and construction companies, governmental entities, and not-for-profit organizations. Her oil and gas experience includes audits and reviews of privately owned and private-equity-backed exploration and production companies, trucking, equipment rental, and service companies. Meredith utilizes GAAP as appropriate for different clients and situations. She is also experienced in performing audits in accordance with SEC rule 3-05 of Regulation S-X for registration of financial statements of a business acquired. Her government experience includes audits of a city and two counties. In the not-for-profit realm, Meredith has served a variety of 501(c)3 organizations, including private clubs, foundations, museums and a Chamber of Commerce. Her construction experience utilizes Percentage-of-Completion Methods for both audit and review engagements.

Meredith is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas State University.
