Michael Prince

With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Michael Prince, CPA, leads Weaver’s practice in New Jersey. He serves both private and public sector clients in various industries, including construction, real estate, entertainment, not-for-profit organizations, wholesale operations, financing companies, pharmaceutical, technology, broker-dealers, commodities, manufacturing, education and employee benefit plans. He regularly helps clients navigate complex standards, including Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), Uniform Guidance (single audit), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Education, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book). He also performs national peer reviews for accounting firms and teams, as well as quality control, and internal inspections and technical reviews.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He earned a Master of Science in accountancy from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers University.
