Michael Wolansky

Michael Wolansky, CPA, utilizes his more than 40 years of public accounting experience to provide assurance services to various entities, including work with clients subject to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. He works closely with financing companies, credit unions, factoring companies, commodities producers, manufacturers and employee benefit plans. He provides advisory services to companies on both the buy and sell side of Merger & Acquisition transactions.

With his deep technical knowledge, Mike performs national peer reviews for other firms. Utilizing his history as Head of Quality Control at a previous firm, he provides fellow professionals with training and research on a variety of audit and accounting matters, including the frequent Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) pronouncements, as well as oversight of his firm’s system of quality review procedures.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a Peer Review Committee Member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from West Virginia University.
