Philip C. Seltzer

Philip C. Seltzer, CPA, has more than 40 years of public accounting experience. He advises clients on all phases of taxation, including handling tax examinations by a variety of governmental jurisdictions. Additionally, Phil provides litigation support as an expert witness and with respect to engagements undertaken by third parties. He has worked in the securities brokerage industry and has experience in real estate transactions and partnership taxation.

Phil is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is a former chairman of the Tax Committee on Partnerships as well as Wall Street Tax Association, Federal Tax Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Long Island University.
