Vance Kopp

Vance Kopp has more than 30 years of experience working in the energy industry. With specialized experience in the areas of state and federal fuel compliance, laboratory management, refining technical service support, management of oil transportation assets and specialty fuels blending, Vance brings comprehensive technical knowledge to the firm and each of his clients. Vance has experience in compliance and strategic planning related to state and federal fuel regulations, knowledge of finished fuel additives, product specifications and quality management, product storage and movement, and asset management, as well.

As an active member of ASTM International and the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM), Vance remains on the forefront of industry and regulation changes. Vance graduated with a master’s degree in fuels engineering from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Southern Utah University.
