Zeeshan Khan

Zeeshan Khan, CPA, leads Weaver’s Oklahoma City office and has 15 years of accounting experience — primarily at a Big Four firm — working with both public and private companies, with particular emphasis in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries. He has extensive experience managing financial statement and integrated audits, including statutory audits, quarterly reviews and comfort letters associated with debt offerings. In addition, he helps clients achieve compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and SEC financial reporting requirements.

Zeeshan is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Texas and Oklahoma, and has been active in local civic organizations such as Junior Achievement and the Chamber of Commerce. He earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
