Now Open for Business: Department of Energy eXCHANGE Portal

The DOE eXCHANGE portal for Qualifying Advanced Energy Project 48C Credit Program is now open. Projects applying for the first allocation round of $4 billion of the Qualifying Advanced Energy Project Credit (Section 48C) investment credit must use this portal, or any successor portal, to submit their information, including DOE concept paper and Section 48C application.

Concept paper materials are also available for download on this website.

DOE Concept papers must be submitted by July 31, 2023, at 12 PM ET through the eXCHANGE portal; however, DOE has reserved the right to extend the deadline for concept papers.
